Where are your candles made?

All slowly Sundays candles are hand-poured in small batches in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

What wax do you use?

Our candles are made with soy wax, carefully chosen for a smooth finish and a lovely scent throw.

How long does a candle burn?

Burn time varies depending on the candle size, wick and how the candle is cared for. Each product listing includes an estimated burn time.

How do I make my candle last longer?

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before extinguishing the candle. We also recommend trimming the wick to around 5mm before each burn.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How do I choose a scent?

If you're not sure which scent to choose, start with our scent descriptions on each product page. You can also contact us and we'll be happy to help you find a scent that suits your space and mood.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift options may be available depending on the season. Please check our website or contact us before placing your order if you'd like your purchase prepared as a gift.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we mainly ship within Malaysia. Please contact us if you'd like to enquire about international delivery.

How can I earn loyalty points?

You can join our SUNDAY CLUB to earn points through purchases and selected activities.

Your points can be redeemed for rewards on future purchases.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
