Because our products are made and packed with care in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference or incorrect product selection.

Please take a moment to read the scent description carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure which scent to choose, we're always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the parcel and product
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review the situation and where appropriate, arrange  replacement or another suitable solution.

Important

Please do not return an item before contacting us. We'll provide further instructions if a return is required.
